Approach

We believe that work to develop diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments begins with trusting relationships. For this reason, we work with organizations and communities to develop systems for communication and reflection that will support honest conversations and the DEI work itself. We also work with institutions to determine the experiences of diversity and inclusion and to develop plans for addressing diversity needs.
