New Ground Educational Consulting works with schools and districts to help them to assess, determine, and meet their educational needs. Our training and consultations are tailored to meet the needs and culture of each unique school community. We develop targeted workshops, seminars, and training sessions for faculty, staff, students, families, and school leaders that equip them to design and lead diversity initiatives. We are committed to ensuring that the schools with which we work put into place diversity and inclusion and Ethnic Studies programs that are able to be maintained and thrive and enrich the lives of all community members.
